Crafted in the Metri area, on the shores of the tempestuous Seno del Reloncaví. It has been handcrafted by the artisan Sandra M. on a Mapuche loom with combed and spun natural wool.
 
This Footbed Throw has been coloured with natural pigments, plant materials, and cochineal to achieve the color red.
 
Crafted with Chilote stitch. Its finishing requires several days of work on the loom.
 
This Footbed Throw is 100% Wool and 100% handmade in the Chilean Patagonia.

These instructions are for this specific product only. This product is made out of wool and the instructions below apply to this material and this product only:

  • You can hand-wash this product
  • Use cold water only
  • Use mild detergent only, we recommend using a detergent made for washing baby clothing.
  • Let the product soak in a bowl of cold water with a mild detergent for a couple of hours. Then wash away the detergent with cold water.
  • Allow drying out in open air over a flat surface
  • You can put the Footbed Throw inside a tightly closed sheet to tumble-dry (very low setting) to get the excess water out. The sheet has to be tightly closed around the Footbed Throw so it doesn't move around. Otherwise, it will lose its shape.
  • Do not hang the Throw Blanket or it will lose its shape
  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not dry-clean
  • Do not use bleach or use chlorine
  • Do not iron
  • Do not squeeze or use a spin-drier
